I am a mother of two who realized that my knowledge of food is greater and more unique than I thought. I have been brought up learning the importance of what we eat and that you have to think of others and the environment before you go shopping for food.  Also to buy locally produced food and not buy readymade but instead do what you can at home.

This has reflected on my children who have been fed homemade gruel and homemade, locally produced food. All the illnesses small children contract, such as common colds and rashes I have primarily cured using teas, tinctures and salves made from herbs found in the pharmacy of nature. Those remedies are the best, my mother taught me.
